Nutritional Drinks

Today, I want to talk about nutritional drinks. My post is most certainly getting shorter because I'm going to limit myself to just one or two products at a time.

Nutritional drinks, I can only give you my take on these from a consumer point of view. I can't say anything about their nutritional value.  I'm not sure that it's for everyone or maybe it is. They are chalked up with tons of vitamins and calories.

I often think they are only for people that are seniors, but that might not be true. Maybe lots of young people drink them. My wife really started to gain lots of weight. I warned her about the amount of calories. There are many kinds, some emphasize weight gain and some lots of protein.

I have been able to acquire these products on sale combined with coupons. I'm all stocked up. I have purchased Ensure  http://ensure.com/  at Wallgreens where I often get the Catalina coupons once I make a purchase. They really, have you coming back.

I have used manufactures coupons also.  I include the websites for your information needs I think the manufacture can explain much better than me. The other brand is Boost  http://www.boost.com/  There is a dietitian on this site. Who really knows her stuff.  Like before this product has lots of coupons available all over the place.

Another brand is Glucerma   http://abbottnutrition.com/brands/glucerna but this one I believe is for diabetics only, so be careful.  There are many more of these nutritional drinks out there and perhaps there are coupon for them; these are the only ones I ran into.

Kellog has one, but we never tried it. So there is not much for me to say.  http://www.kelloggs.com/en_US/kelloggs-to-go/taste-greatness.html   Good luck and please watch your health.
